| 1. | Place turkey on its side on a rack in a roasting pan.

| 2. | Let the roasting pan sit for 5 minutes in a warm place.

| 3. | Spread the vegetables on a large rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan.

| 4. | Pour any excess juice into the roasting pan with the other juices.

| 5. | Place turkey pieces in roasting pan and lightly brush with corn oil.

| 6. | Remove and set aside in a Dutch oven or small roasting pan.

| 7. | Slice rest of onion in thick slices and put in roasting pan.
|
| 8. | Place the sliced onion in the bottom of a nonreactive roasting pan.
|
| 9. | Place on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
|
| 10. | Spread the beans in a roasting pan and transfer to the oven.
